Registered to North Street United Church Cemetery. From Delaware & Westminster Townships Honouring Our Roots: "This cemetery, established in 1825, was located immediately south of North Street United Church. After the church was demolished in 1968, a cairn formed from the tombstones was built".

Situated on the west side of Colonel Talbot Rd. (Hwy 4), opposite Thomas Bros. Farm Market, north of Hwy 401, south of Hwy 402. Church built circa 1820 and demolished in 1968, at which time the remaining stones were set in the cairn.
