The precise location of John and Isabella Phillips' graves is approximately 1/4 mile east of the end of the road (Dobie Road) between Ranges III and IV south of Longwoods Road, in lot 18" a few hundred yards from the Thames River. John and Isabella's graves were unmarked until a short time before George Rex Phillips (their son) died, (Dec. 1898). George asked his son John Archibald Phillips to see to the marking of the graves. There were two other stones in this cemetery that of Persilla and Christina Kirkwood grandchildren of John and Isabella. There is a possibility of a few other burials here. The Stones were moved from the family farm about 1966 for preservation and placed in the Willey Cemetery on Gentleman Road off of Thames Road between Dutton and Lewis Corner.
